New Tech for the Lazy
Big ups to Motorola for coming up with a cool (but pointless) temporary tattoo that can unlock the Motorola X. I admit it’s different and fun, but the novelty is bound to wear off in no time; because how lazy do you have to be to find too much effort in using a pin, pattern or finger swipe gesture? How much effort does it really take to unlock your phone the way you always have? Have we really become this lazy and slaves to “convenience”?
Suddenly I’m reminded of this fitting quote by Frank Lloyd Wright:
“If it keeps up, man will atrophy all his limbs but the push-button finger.”
These little stickers consist of an ultra-thin NFC circuit embedded in medical-grade 3M adhesive that can withstand activities such as gym or swimming for up to 5 days.

If you want to look techy and cool, buy a pack of these sticker tattoos, slap one on your wrist, hold your phone over it to unlock and wait for all the curious eyes to gawk at you. Oh…before I forget: it only works with the Motorola X and they retail for around R110 bucks for 10 tattoos.
