Why you should clean your Earbuds right now!

You probably use your earbuds every single day, while you’re working, during your bus trip to work and while you watch your favourite TV series.

But, you probably haven’t thought to clean them! Earbuds can carry bacteria from one person to another and can even cause ear infections. It’s important to keep your tech clean, especially if you’re going to be sharing it with other people. So, what’s the best way to clean them?

- Use a gentle cleaner, like soap and some warm water. Try a mix of dish washing liquid and water.

- Get a soft cloth and use a small amount of the soap mixture to wipe your earbuds.

- If there’s a lot of dirt build up, brush your earbuds with a dry toothbrush.

- Some earbuds have removable silicone covers, take them off and clean them separately.

- NEVER submerge your earbuds in water, you’ll damage them.

- Remember to only clean your earbuds once you’ve detached them from your device.
