Glow earphones will light up your life

Decent earphones are worth getting excited about, I mean, most of them are very similar and it’s hard for them to look stylish. This pair of earphones actually glows like a light saber and pulses in time with your tune!

They are called the Glow earphones and if you are in the market for a new pair of stylish, funky and unique earphones, you might be interested in these. As the name suggests, these are earphones that has a cable that lights up and pulse to the rhythm of your music! It comes in red, green or blue and glows bright even in well-lit environments.

While its use will probably make more sense for joggers at night, the Glow earphones aren't entirely designed to be used as fitness earphones, although they can pulse in time to your heartbeat! They have rather been marketed as more of a fashion/lifestyle product, but it’s up to you to use them as you choose!

How do the earphones glow? Well, they have Corning’s Fibrance light-diffusing fiber, which is a piece of optical fiber that is thing and flexible enough to slip into the cables of an earphone.

The glowing earphones also come with a remote control that sits on the cord. The remote has a variety of different uses… answer your calls, reply to text messages, snap photos, activate voice control and adjust the volume of your tunes! Interestingly enough the creators have designed the earphones with Android users in mind and have reserved the more advanced features for Android devices.

Glow is only a Kickstarter project for now, but its passed its goal and should ship in July this year. If you would like a pair, you can snag them for 149 Dollars!

It’s quite refreshing to see something new and fresh in the earphone department. While a light flashing in time with your music isn't exact subtle, I think many people will love it.
