The device’s app, which is available for iOS and Android, allows you as the owner to create a virtual activity fence for your dog. You will be alerted if your dog somehow moves beyond the activity fence. In addition to this, the Buddy collar also comes with a WiFi enabled base station that will also fire off LED lighting alerts if your dog moves out of its designated activity area.

AND if you happen to be an Apple Watch owner, there is an app for the smartwatch that allows you to control the Buddy collar’s lighting system as well as track your dog’s activity via integration with Apple’s health app.
