This man could go to Jail for playing Pokémon Go!

Did you know that playing Pokémon Go in Church in Russia is a serious offense?

Apparently a young Russian blogger posted a video of himself playing the once-popular Pokémon Go game while inside the Church of All Saints in Russia.

The act was labelled “inciting religious hatred” and prosecutors have been pushing for him to spend a whopping 3.5 years behind bars!

The video was posted by 22 year old, Ruslan Sokolovsky, when he decided to go against the news that people were getting arrested and fined for playing Pokémon Go in churches. Not only did he go straight inside the church and start playing Pokémon Go, but he also took it upon himself to joke about Jesus. Well, you can see how this can be offensive and anger people?

Since the video was released and Sokolovsky was arrested in September he has been on house arrest where he argues that he is by no means an extremist.
