3 Easy ways to stay connected while you Travel

Staying connected at all times is important; however it can be especially difficult when you’re travelling around the globe.

Going on holiday usually means unplugging from the online world and taking a break, but it is always nice to connect and brag about your vacation spot or post a pretty picture.

Here are 3 easy ways to stay connected while you travel…

1. Use a local SIM card – This might be a bit challenging if you’re not very tech-savvy, but it’s a great way to stay connected like you would back home. If messing around on your phone is too intimidating for you, use the next two ways to stay connected instead.

2. Hotel Wi-Fi – Before you leave for your holiday be sure to prepare yourself. Give the hotel a call and speak to the front desk, ask them if the hotel has Wi-Fi available and whether there are additional charges or not.

3. Café Wi-Fi – Don’t forget that the majority of the cafes around the world offer free Wi-Fi to their customers, just be sure to check the connection is safe before you use it. Additionally you can check other spots like the local mall, library or go to the nearest internet cafe.
