iPhone 6 vs. iPhone 6 Plus
As we all know, a few days ago Apple revealed their two new phones, the iPhone 6 and the larger iPhone 6 Plus. These two are both top grade
phones, but besides the size, what are the differences between the two and
which one should you buy?
Screen:
The iPhone 6 Plus isn't just bigger and
pricier; it also has a higher resolution and a higher pixel density of 401
pixels per inch while the iPhone 6 only has 326 pixels per inch.
Camera:
Both devices have an 8-megapixel camera, just
as the iPhone 5S had before, only the larger iPhone 6 Plus has optical image
stabilization. The OIS will allow the iPhone 6 Plus to take much better
low-light pictures.
Landscape Mode:
When the iPhone 6 Plus is held horizontally,
it will be able to use special iPad-style landscape modes on certain apps, while
the iPhone 6 cannot do this.
Battery:
The big brother iPhone 6 Plus is in a league
above the smaller iPhone 6, it has a battery life of 14 hours video and 12
hours browsing while the iPhone 6 only has 11 hours video and 11 hours
browsing. You can expect to talk much longer, surf the web and watch movies for
much longer on the iPhone 6 Plus.
The larger screen and better battery life of the iPhone 6
Plus may tickle your fancy more than the iPhone 6, but it really just depends
on the size of your hands and your pockets. The iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus,
Big or small, which will you choose?
